This facility features cutting-edge technologies like auto-blowing machines, annealing lehr chambers, QR code marking, and an in-house NABL-accredited calibration lab (ISO/IEC 17025:2017). A fully operational central warehouse of 80,000 sq. ft. at the same location ensures efficient distribution across India and exports to 90+ countries. The Laboratory Instrumentation Excellence Centre in Pune, Maharashtra (36,000 sq. ft.) is a hub for R&D, product innovation, and precision assembly. It houses a dedicated application development centre and modern production lines for mechanical and electronic instrumentation. BOROSIL also has over 30 years of expertise in pharmaceutical primary packaging. The Nashik facility, located in a pristine environment, manufactures over 350 million tubular glass vials and 850 million ampoules annually. The unit incorporates servo-controlled systems, online hot-end inspection, advanced annealing chambers, ISO Class 8 cleanroom packaging, and in-house quality control labs.
