The DSR-M dissolution sampling robot is designed specifically for the sample transfer and sample processing from a six to fourteen vessel dissolution bath. This unique versatile instrument allows samples to be collected over very short time intervals with great accuracy. The DSR-M can be equipped to collect, dilute or process samples for following UV-Visible or HPLC measurements. It can also be used for dissolution medium replenishment to conform to USP/EP volume loss rules.
The PT-TD300 is used to test the tapped (or “tamped”) density and apparent density of powders, granules, pigments and similar products in compliance with the current USP <616> methods 1 and methods 2 as well as with EP <2.9.34>, DIN EN ISO 787-11, ASTM B527 and ASTM D7481.18. The instrument automatically calculates the tapped density, Hausner flowability ratio and Carr compressibility index after each test and documents the results via the integrated protocol printer.
PTF 200 is a double drum tablet friability and abrasion test instrument. It is manufactured in compliance to the USP <1216>, EP <2.9.7> and JP <14> Pharmacopoeias. The instrument features an automated sample discharge at the end of a test and the possibility to connect an analytical balance.
