The main function of this machine is to test the burst strength of materials such as base paper, corrugated paper, leather, fabrics, synthetic leather, etc. It is an automatic type capable of automatic clamping, automatic compensation calculation, and automatic judgement for shutdown at the breakpoint. It also features a mechanism that can automatically detect rubber diaphragm pressure when there is no sample, greatly reducing the risk of rubber diaphragm rupture due to improper manual operation. The machine complies with standards and can automatically calibrate the rubber diaphragms based on hydraulic conditions, eliminating the need for periodic use of aluminium foil for calibration. This ensure more timely and accurate presentation of pressure data while reducing the cost of aluminum foil as consumables.

Conform to Standards

Impact Tester Computerized Type measure the impact resistance of polymer materials. It calculates the absorbed impact energy based on the energy conversion relation. The precision of the impact hammer will highly affect the speed and mass position when impact, and this might influence the test accuracy.

QC-639R/U can lift and release the impact hammer automatically for higher test efficiency and operator safety. It is equipped with 7" PLC touch screen. The machine encoder detects the angle for calculating the energy, and the built-in correction system compensates the loss causing by the friction of wind resistance. The optional dedicated software can support various analysis functions, record, generate reports, etc.

Izod and Charpy are the most common test methods. This machine can change the hammers and vises rapidly to satisfy different test methods and standards (ASTM & ISO).

Melt Flow Index Tester can test thermoplastic melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR), also known as MI or MFI. The Flow Indexer QC-652B can perform ISO/ ASTM standards test methods, equip with touch panel that guide user to precisely and smoothly proceed with test. The melt flow tester also has analysis function and flash drive save function.

Optional accessories can be selected according to different materials properties for melt flow testing, such as high flow material block mechanism or MVR volume test mechanism to proceed with various tests.
