GeneDireX's eXOrich Medium is a serum-free and ready-to-use medium that is developed for optimizing exosome production from adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC) or umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSC). Compared with conventional production methods, eXOrich can increase exosome production by 200% or more in a one-time culture, overcoming the low-yield bottleneck of conventional methods and reducing operation time and costs.

Users can replace the original basal medium with eXOrich when cell density reaches 90% confluence and culture for 3-4 days before harvesting the exosome in the conditional medium.

Using eXOrich medium for exosome production, supplement additives are optional, but not necessary. Users can decide to add appropriate nutritional supplements such as serum or human platelet lysate based on their specific needs.
