The L5M-A Laboratory Mixer is suitable for the widest range of applications-mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, disintegrating and dissolving - with an efficiency and flexibility unmatched by other machines. With a capacity from 1ml up to 12 liters and the ability to mix in-line with flow rates up to 20 liters/minute, they offer excellent reproducibility when scaling up to full-scale production and provide and accurate and easy means of forecasting the performance of larger Silverson machines under full-scale working conditions. The multifunctional L5M-A lab mixer features touch screen control with digital tachometer, programmable integral timer and amperage display. This level of instrumentation is invaluable for applications where process validation and reproducibility are required.
The CAMSIZER X2 is a powerful, extremely versatile particle size and shape analyzer with a wide measuring range that combines state -of-the-art camera technology with flexible dispersion options. It can fulfill ISO 1322-2 standard and provides precise particle size and shape information of powders, granules and suspensions from 0.8um to 8mm. The CAMSIZER X2 produces a particle flow which is characterized by an optical system with high resolution. An ultrabright LED stroboscopic light sources and two high-resolution digital cameras achieve a frame rate of more than 300 images per second which are evaluated in real time by a powerful software. Thus, the CAMSIZER X2 captures the images of hundreds of thousands to several millions of particles with highest accuracy within only 1 to 3 minutes. The CAMSIZER X2 provides a wide selection of particle information which allows for comprehensive and reliable characterization of the sample material. It is suitable for use in R&D as well as for routine tasks in quality control.
The Maxwell Rapid Sample Concentrator (RSC) Instrument is a platform for automated purification of nucleic acid from a range of sample types. The purification methods use sample lysis and binding to paramagnetic particles as the primary separation principle. Up to 16 samples can be prepared simultaneously in 25-60 minutes, depending on sample type. The Maxwell RSC Instrument is controlled by a graphical user interface running on a tablet PC. The instrument is supplied with a Quantus Fluorometer and integrated software that allows for extracted nucleic acid quantification measurements to be captured in the run report along with sample tracking and method run data.
